At the Centro Nacional de Control de Energía we considered that the certification process was very enriching, as it showed our level of compliance with the standard and therefore the commitment we have acquired with our stakeholders. We also found it a great challenge that adds to our experience. In the same way, we have to recognize that the certification process was highly transparent. This is because we present the reality of the facts and the activities we carry out in order to improve our functioning and our parameters.
In the Cooperativa Vega Real the certification process was agile and dynamic, thanks to the effective and timely communication that we had with the consultants and auditors assigned by WORLDCOB.
Based on our experience, at Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá we can say that the certification process of the WORLDCOB-CSR: 2011.1 standard was simple, clear and agile. We consider that the organization from the beginning is very punctual with the information it requires for the process of evaluating our management in the area of Social Responsibility, so that doubts regarding the completion of the certification bases were scarce. Additionally, we highlighted the constant availability of the WORLDCOB team, which was always at our disposal, to respond to any concerns that might arise during the process. This meant that we did not have any disagreement or misunderstanding regarding the phases of the certification process or the information sent.
For the "Grabo Estilo" team, the main benefit of receiving the WORLDCOB-CSR: 2011.3 certification lies in the credibility that this gives them as a company in a highly competitive and changing market - "every day our customers are more concerned with obtaining products and services that do not adversely impact the environment and society.
